RUTH MILSTEIN was born in Israel and graduated from Tel Aviv University. After earning a Masters degree in Art and Journalism, she went on to study Jewelry Design in Israel and the U.S. Having made a career in designing jewelry, eventually she followed her real passion- food and cooking. Ruth was always looking for ways to improve and develop different dishes from various cultures and ethnicities. With her extensive travel in Europe and the U.S. combined with original family recipes, Ruth has created the “New Israeli Cuisine” in her book “Cooking With Love.” Ruth currently resides in California with her husband of thirty years.
